What began as a professional challenge became a journey into my passion for jewelry. The factory housed specialized departments: chainmaking, die-stamping, imports, and casting.

My Role:

• Department Leadership: Built a new division from scratch, developing wax-piece designs, catalogs, and workflows

• Casting Operations: Streamlined processes, managed inventory, and ensured order compliance

• Technical Oversight: Maintained critical machinery (3D printers, wax injectors, and production equipment)
